Meet the team

Co-owners of Future Care Solutions
Esther and Jo have been district nurses in the Cambridge area for over 12 years and have both worked in numerous healthcare settings prior to this.
We are committed and passionate about providing high quality care to clients in the local community, and we continue to enjoy meeting clients and being hands on with client care and support.
Starting Future Care Solutions has been a refreshing
and enjoyable experience for them both.
From their experience as district nurses they could see
there was a real lack of quality care for people in their
homes. “We really want to make a difference to people’s
lives and help keep them in their homes longer, this has
proven health and social benefits. We are enjoying the
fresh challenge we are getting from our work and love the
rewards of seeing our clients and their families more
relaxed and able to spend quality time together”.
